Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you left feeling frustrated, although we honestly don’t understand the 1-star rating given how hard we tried to work with you. You brought your Honda CRV to us after having already visited two other shops and came in believing you knew what the problem was. We explained our diagnostic process and charges upfront, and you approved us to proceed. Our testing ruled out the issue you originally suspected and led us to the next diagnostic step, which you also approved. Unfortunately, that service did not resolve the vehicle’s overall problem, and additional repairs were needed. We understand how frustrating that can be. When you expressed that you didn’t feel you should have to pay for the induction service since it didn’t fix the car, we chose to waive the entire cost of that service. You ultimately only paid the small initial testing charge. We truly feel we went above and beyond to be fair and accommodate you, which is why the 1-star review was especially disappointing to our team. We can’t always guarantee that the first diagnostic step will fix a vehicle, but we can promise to be honest about what we find, communicate the next steps, and do our best to treat every customer fairly.
